NEW YEAR, NEW US!

Introducing Niko Collaborative! Formerly The Apostal Group. Along with our rebrand, we have had the good fortune to be adding two new team members! We’re excited to reintroduce ourselves and give you an update on what to expect in the future from NiKo Collab!

MEET THE TEAM

Niko Apostal – Founder and Principal Broker

Since entering the business in 2001, Niko Apostal has established himself as one of the top residential Realtors in Chicago and a leader in the residential brokerage community. Niko brings his years of experience to the whole team at Niko Collaborative. Niko comes from a family that has been active in real estate investment, management, development, and sales for more than 40 years. Over the past decade, Niko and his team have earned a reputation for excellence in expertise as well as caring and personal attention, earning him recognition among the top 1% of Realtors in the city.

When Niko is not working, he’s spending time with his wife and three daughters in their gorgeous Lincoln Park home. Niko loves to spend his time reading, eating at Greek Islands and learning to play the ukulele.

Meg Tange – Agent

After sixteen years of having a career in luxury hospitality, events, and weddings. In 2020, Meg found her new home in real estate. Quickly, after she joined Keller Williams OneChicago, she proved herself to be a star agent and was nominated for Chicago Agents Rookie of the Year in 2021. To Meg, the most important thing about real estate is making sure that her clients have a fun, memorable, and stress-free experience. She guides her clients through every step of the process and remains a resource for them long after the closing day. Meg believes working with an agent should be like working with a best friend and that this experience should be unique to each client.

Outside of real estate, Meg has a photography business. She loves capturing special moments in her clients’ lives and giving them the gift of reliving those moments through pictures. Meg has a twelve-year-old rescue dog named Doji. She loves driving manual cars, skydiving, and traveling overseas.

Elise Shell – Director of Operations

Elise moved to the windy city of Chicago 10 years ago in search of big adventures. After a job briefly took her away to Tennessee, Elise decided to return to Chicago and embark on a journey in Real Estate, where she has excelled with Niko Apostal and the Niko Collaborative team as an agent and our Director of Operations. Elise believes that there are few things more important in life than someone’s home. It is their space in the universe. She enjoys connecting people to the space they’ve been looking for.

She loves to cook for herself and others. She believes that sharing a meal is one of the greatest joys of life. Elise LOVES blueberries and aspires to be berry-rich at all times!

Lindsey Wright – Marketing Coordinator

After graduating from Columbia College Chicago in 2018, Lindsey decided that the world of Marketing and Content Creation was the world for her. After working for agencies, she decided to make the switch to real estate where she found empowerment with the Niko Collaborative Team!

Lindsey believes that now more than ever, our homes mean everything to us and that it’s important that people have the help that they need in their search for that perfect place. She’s excited to be a part of that search. Outside of work, Lindsey loves reading, writing, hula hooping, and playing with her dog Buddy.

We are extremely grateful to be expanding into the new year. Thanks again for your continued support and we look forward to working with you soon!
